Oz Hotels Hotel & Booking Rules

     Oz Hotels reserves the right to change and apply the hotel rules, reservation rules, and all policies that ensure the order in the facility. Guests are required to abide by hotel rules. Otherwise, there is the right to take action by law enforcement officers and the local court.

• Room rates and conditions are determined according to the information received from the guest during making the reservation. Extra charges may apply in case of inconsistency or inaccuracy in the information provided at check-in.

• In all facilities, there is variability and difference in summer season and winter season services.

• Guests are required to show ID and passport upon arrival.

• Price changes are not applied after the booking confirmation.

• Special requests can be answered according to the availability of the facility and cannot be guaranteed.

• Pets are not allowed.

• The marriage date may be requested to be proven by Honeymooners upon arrival.

• Pier and all outdoor services are provided according to the weather conditions.

• There are sections for use with and without children in our facilities.

• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and indoor areas. There are sections reserved for smoking in open areas.

• It is forbidden to enter our main restaurants and A'la Carte restaurants with slippers, shorts, and an athlete.

• Aquapark, pools, and playground usage rules must be followed. The responsibility of children in all areas belongs to their families.

• If the information on the credit card is inconsistent or suspicious, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation directly.

• Each guest staying 7 nights or more can use the A'la Carte restaurant at only Oz Hotels Side Premium, Oz Hotels Incekum Beach Resort, and Oz Hotels Sui Resort once free of charge as long as they stay. Reservation is required to use the A'la Carte restaurant.

• In restaurants and bars, drinks are served to the table as well as guests can take it themselves.

• Our guests under the age of 18 are not served alcoholic beverages.

• Alcoholic beverages are not served in bottles and at breakfast.

• Our guests are obliged to carry the armbands provided by the front desk at check-in for their own safety.

• Baby carriages are available for a fee at the reception at our Oz Hotels Side Premium and Oz Hotels Incekum Beach Resort facilities. It is not available at our other facilities.

• Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the reception at Oz Hotels Antalya Resort facility. In our other facilities, wheelchairs are available at the doctor's office for a fee.

• Except for Oz Hotels Side Premium, babysitting services are not provided in any area of our facilities and in our mini club.

• Except for Oz Hotels Antalya Resort, children aged 4-12 are admitted to our mini club at certain hours, and group activities are held with children in the mini club.

• A special discount for each member can only be used by the member herself/himself and cannot be used by others

• Reservations made with membership must be used by the member herself/himself.

• Member prices, advantages, and offers are only valid for reservations made through our official website or call center.

• Check-in time at the hotel is 14:00 and check-out time from the hotel is 12:00.

     Oz Hotels is responsible for any overbooking, renovation or unusual situation;

• It will provide alternative accommodation under the same reservation conditions in an Equal Class hotel in the same region.

• It will provide free transfer to the alternative facility without any additional charges.

• Oz Hotels will not be legally responsible for this change and will not pay compensation.
